Returns, Resizing & Repairs

Return & Exchange Policy

Sarah O. offers returns and exchanges on in-stock, ready-to-ship, and special-order items purchased online and in-store with a postmark date within 30 days of receipt. After the 30-day mark, all sales are considered final. Online returns and exchanges require prior authorization. If you are submitting an online return, please review our policies before submitting a request.

  1. Pieces must be in the same condition as when they were received and must be in original packaging with all cards, certifications, boxes, etc. included.


  2. Customers requesting refunds will be paid the full amount less a 10% restocking fee or a Gift Card for the full amount. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges will not incur the 10% restocking fee, and any remaining balance will be given in a store-credit gift card.


  3. The items listed below are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Custom Design, Made-To-Order Rings, Loose Stones, and Engraved Jewelry

    • Personalized Name Necklace, Jewelry Cleaner, Gift Cards, and FINAL Sale Items

  4. Items bought in-store cannot be returned through our online portal. 

  5. We will gladly facilitate providing a return shipping label. Please complete the Request Return or Exchange form and our team will reach out with next steps.

  6. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please refer to the policies of carrier for more details.

  7. Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on the customer’s bank account.

Resizing & Repairs

If you are based in the Denver Metro area: You can stop by either of our locations at your convenience to drop your ring off for resizing or repair. We also offer repair appointments if you prefer - please email us at hello@sarahojewelry.com to schedule an appointment.
